Hiyosho, the "enemy" of Thuy Top?

Over the last few days,Vietnamese bloggers community has had hot debate if the teen with nickname "Hiyosho" will be the "enemy" of Thuy Top as a hotgirl online or not? Hiyosho is the nickname of Le Nhu Anh, a student at City College Campus, HCMC. She is a member of Fly With Photograhp, a group interested in taking photographs.
